kleertjes.com is the largest online shop in designer clothes and shoes for babies, children and expectant mothers in the Netherlands. DLVS developed a whole new new brand / style DNA for Kleertjes.com in collaboration with Het Echte Werk.

The Magical Power
Arno Coenen, Iris Roskam (bekend van de Markthal) en Hans van Bentem hebben getekend voor het winnende ontwerp "Amsterdam Oersoep".
Dit spectaculaire project wordt nog dit jaar gerealiseerd in de Passage aan het Damrak. Het is onderdeel van de grootschalige herontwikkeling van de C&A panden.
Voor het vervaardigen van ‘Amsterdam Oersoep’ wordt gebruik gemaakt van hoogwaardige materialen in combinatie met oud vakmanschap. Het plafond zal gemaakt worden van ruim 450 m2 glasmozaïek. De vloer wordt door een oud Italiaans familiebedrijf voorzien van Terrazzo en de wanden zullen voorzien worden van handgemaakte tegels met glas in lood objecten. Daarnaast zal de passage aangekleed worden met geweldige kroonluchters van fietsonderdelen en immens grote spiegels gedecoreerd met bladgoud.

Mies van der Rohe
The Fundació Mies van der Rohe and Vueling join efforts in their common aim to launch the professional career of European students through a competition to personalize an A320 Vueling airplane. The competition celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Mies Award, Europe's most important and prestigious architecture prize. The object of the Competition is the selection of a design proposal to customize the exterior of a VUELING plane. Mark de Leeuw & Monique van Steenbergen were asked to be presidents of the jury of this very nice competition.
Wijk in Town
In collaboration with Perron 14, DLVS has won the key pitch for Afrikaanderwijk Rotterdam. An assignment that involves positioning and communicating about this region, which will be restructured over the coming years. Around 1800 new homes are planned to be built here. Afrikaanderwijk is a neighbourhood full of history and with a bright and colourful future ahead. We are very proud to be participating in this wonderful project.

Maanplein The Hague
Borghese Real Estate and COD have bought the building complex “The Green Campus” at Het Maanplein at Den Haag. The Green Campus is a large-scale office complex developed for KPN in the period from 1999 to 2001. The campus consists of twelve buildings totaling 80.000 m² and is located in a unique park-like setting on the edge of Den Haag and Voorburg. Additionally, the complete complex is built on an underground parking garage which offers space for 950 parking spaces. The complex will be redeveloped into an area with a mix of live and work, fitting into the overall redevelopment of the area The Binckhorst. There is also room for retail and hospitality.

Justin Alexander debuted on the bridal fashion scene as T&G Bridal in Brooklyn, New York in 1946, a time when women were renouncing the idea of clothing as mere necessity and embracing fashion as a way to express femininity, confidence, and beauty. Since its humble roots, Justin Alexander has become a contemporary designer and manufacturer of mid- to high-end bridal gowns and accessories. Each design is distinctly recognized for its vintage inspiration paired with progressive details.
DLVS poduced the latest campaigns for Justin Alexander and Lillian West in the South of France.
Successful start sale
Little C for
Little C combines a cool, urban atmosphere with a relaxed and intimate 'Village vibe'. Buildings such as The Grand, The Bright and The Metropolitan are connected here by characteristic metal walkways, which contribute to that special Little C feeling. And you also live or work in a place with everything within reach that makes city life so fun and interesting.
The start sale was very successful with many interested potentials for this cool project in Rotterdam. DLVS provided branding and design.

For State of Art we have produced the new spring summer. campaign in Deauville. With beautiful vintage Porsches and handsome guys. Vive La France!

We have just returned from a very amazing trip to Tokyuo. Unfortunately, we only had a few days and therefore we did not discover the whole city (37.million people) but a plus was the cherry blossom period. Despite the short trip, we were very inspired by Tokyo and returned full of new ideas about city life, food, hospitality and retail. We will definitely be back in Tokyo.

Happy to create and produce the new SS17 campaign for State of Art Menswear in NYC. The State of Art history dates back to 1936, when Albert Westerman Sr and his sister opened a knitting studio. The State of Art brand was established in 1987 by Albert Westerman Jr. Since then, the fashion brand and classic sports cars have been interlinked inextricably.
DLVS is happy to welcome SkyDreams to start working on branding and design. SkyDreams publishes comparison websites that help consumers save on home improvement services, such as painters, solar panels and the replacement of windows. By first comparing and then purchasing, consumers save an average of 30%. SkyDreams belongs to the fast growing companies in Europe and is proud winner of the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and already won this prestigious award three years in a row.

New Towers Amsterdam
We are very pleased to announce that we have created the winning pitch for the Austrian developer IES Immobilien-Projektentwicklung GmbH for an iconic development in Amsterdam designed by Team V Architecture.
The Amsterdam skyline will be intensified with two striking new towers along the IJ waterfront next to the EYE Film Institute and A’DAM Tower. One will be home to Maritim Hotel Amsterdam: the flagship congress and conference hotel for the award-winning German Maritim Group including conference halls and meeting rooms for approximately 5,000 guests on the first three floors, a hotel with around 600 four star rooms, luxurious wellness and fitness facilities. The second tower will be a high-quality residential building and offers apartments for everyone: from single apartments to family flats. We join the team along with Team V Architects, Lingotto & IES Immobilien-Projektentwicklung. DLVS will start working on strategy, identity, branding and design.

We have the pleasure to announce that DLVS has won the pitch for a major project in Amsterdam. It concerns the redevelopment of Rivierstaete. Originally designed by Hugh Maaskant and now redesigned by MVSA architects / Roberto Meijer. The 27.000 sqm building is being redeveloped into a mixed-use building with offices, restaurants, shops and short stay apartments. Commissioned by Vastint, part of the Inter IKEA Group.
It is of great pleasure for us to have been invited for the vernissage of the Marlene Dumas exhibition. With almost two hundred drawings and paintings Marlene Dumas – The Image as Burden is the first major solo exhibition of Dumas in the Netherlands in 20 years. Haagse Poort is an office building in The Hague, that spans the Utrechtsebaan with a large arch. CBRE asked DLVS to work on the marketing and design for the Haagse Poort in The Hague.

Ed vd Elsken
Precies op de plek waar fotograaf Ed van der Elsken de ‘nozems’ fotografeerde in 1960 op de Nieuwendijk heeft DLVS een enorme bouwwand gerealiseerd in samenwerking met Bouwinvest, Top Notch en het Nederlands Fotomuseum De fotowand is maar liefst 40x4 meter!
Ed van der Elsken (1925 – 1990), het ‘enfant terrible’ van de Nederlandse fotografie – was een getalenteerd fotograaf en filmer die gedurende ruim veertig jaar in foto’s, fotoboeken en films zijn ontmoetingen met mensen vorm gaf. Slenterend door wereldsteden als Parijs, Tokyo, Hong Kong en Amsterdam richtte hij zijn camera bij voorkeur op karaktervolle en opvallende individuen.
In mei brengt Top Notch een unieke druk van fotoboek ‘Amsterdam!’ van Ed van der Elsken uit. Hiervoor bewerkte het Nederlands Fotomuseum ruim 300 fotonegatieven. Veertien foto’s uit het boek sieren gedurende de werkzaamheden de bouwschutting van Nowadays. Een mooi gebaar naar de directe buren en voorbijgangers.

For Lillian West, one of the bridal labels from Justin Alexander, we have again shot a beautiful new campaign in the south of France. Liilian West with a boho-inspired vision the dresses are perfect for free-spirited brides who want to look effortlessly chic.
Vorm & MRP
The Kruisvaartkade project comprises approximately 600 dwellings, of which at least 20% are social housing and 75 are in the mid-rent price range segment. The rest of the plan includes free sector owner-occupied housing The Kruisvaartkade is completely gas-free and aims to be energy-neutral. The first delivery is expected in 2020. Five architectural firms and a landscape architect are involved in the plan: Groosman, Moke Architects, MVRDV, NEXT Architects, Zecc Architects and RROG urban design and landscape.
DLVS signed for strategy, branding and design and will work in collaboration with Unchain the Tigers and Studio Beige.

Hertzberger Park. The building as an icon.
Who ever visits Apeldoorn or is interested in architecture, knows the former head office of Centraal Beheer. The building, popularly known as 'De Apenrots', opened in 1973. Even then the building was a model of innovation. The architect Herman Hertzberger's building was one of the first in the world with an open office concept. The former head office of Centraal Beheer is transforming into something unique. To a location that offers more than just apartments and offices. New Tower Complex
Maarsen Group selected DLVS to start working on branding & marketing for Weenapoint. MVRDV is the architect for this new 50,000m2 mixed-use tower complex marking the third phase of Weenapoint development in Rotterdam’s Central District. The complex will consist of approximately 17,000 m2 of offices, a transparent commercial plinth and between 200 to 300 apartments. Completion is set for mid-2022
Kondor Wessels &
In the cultural heart of Amsterdam-Zuid, twenty-eight luxury apartments are being developed with views across Museumplein towards the Rijksmuseum. A new, eight-storey apartment block is being adjoined to existing properties in the continuation of Tenniersstraat between Hobbemakade and Pieter de Hoochstraat. An inner courtyard will provide residents with a lush, landscaped living area.
OVG Real Estate

We have been visiting our client Justin Alexander in NYC to talk over the next campaign shoots and obviously we took advantage of the opportunity to make an inspiring city trip to check out new hotspots.
We are happy to welcome BPD after creating the winning pitch for Sancta Maria. Within walking distance from the beach you can find Sancta Maria, an estate that served in the past as a healthcare institution. This 45 hectare estate will be developed into a residential area with villas, restored mansions and apartments. There are also generous plots for sale in various segments with surfaces from 900 m2 to over 2 hectares, surrounded by trees.
Campaign SS 16
DLVS is happy to welcome Lillian West. We have produced the new campaign for this international bridal fashion label. The collection features classic lines of rich satins, re-embroidered fine laces and soft romantic fabrics.
Celebrating the London Pitch
TIME TO CELEBRATE! We are very happy and very proud to announce that DLVS has made the international winning pitch for a major real estate project in London. The plans will deliver 1,200 new homes and 58,000 m² of space for businesses, including local shops, cafés, restaurants and a 350-room hotel. We are very honored by the decision of Vastint, part of the Inter Ikea Group for choosing DLVS and we look forward to working together on this fantastic project.

We started working on the Fall Winter 15 campaign for State of Art. We team up in Sweden/ Stockholm this month. The campaign will be launched end of summer 2015.

We were put to the test in a pitch to create strategy, concept & marketing for Blaak 16 and came out on top.
Blaak 16, which is located downtown Rotterdam, has a surface area of 15,000 m2 over fourteen floors and a garage for 150 parking spaces. After redevelopment Blaak 16 will be one of the hotspots of Rotterdam. The area is in full swing with for instance the new Market Hall, Loyens & Loeff, Stedin and the new CitizenM Hotel with 151 rooms.

In collaboration with In10, DLVS has won the key pitch for Nhow Hotel Rotterdam. An assignment that involves positioning and communicating Nhow. Nhow is situated in De Rotterdam, a masterpiece of OMA/Rem Koolhaas. From classical to modern, trends to counter-trends, fashion to underground style, the unique originality and design offered by Nhow always expresses itself with an innovative language and unusual forms. The opportunity for unique, ever-changing experiences is not one to be missed.
Mark, Ivo & Monique enjoyned the Dante6 Winter 13 collection presentation in Amsterdam this week.
Dante°6 is pure ‘Dutch’ design, but with international allure. The complete collection is best described as ‘Affordable Luxury’. The appearance and design will give you an ultimate feel of luxury. The constant look for the right use of materials and fit, gives you our perfect mix between high fashion and comfort.
We’ve been working on concept and marketing for Nowadays, a very prestigious redevelopment project in Amsterdam through which the C&A buildings situated on Damrak and Nieuwendijk will become modern indoor shopping centres. This project forms part of a wider objective to economically transform the 1012 postcode-area, improving quality and introducing greater diversity to this part of the city. Nowadays will become the new city centre hotspot for high-quality retail and high-class trend-setters.
